Michael Dunn Weissenborn serial number 596. This weissenborn started it’s life as a 14 string “gandarui” and was later converted back into a weissenborn by Michael. Made in 2010 in Vancouver. Specs are as listed:
– Douglas fir soundboard
– Honduras rosewood and satinwood back and sides
– Hawaiian rope binding
– Honduras rosewood headplate
This instrument is a great example of Michael’s excellent craftmanship and attention to detail.
