Shipping and Returns

Free ground shipping is a limited time offer available on orders above $199.99, some restrictions apply. The free shipping applies to all 10 provinces within Canada, unfortunately it excludes the territories of Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories. Over-sized instruments and most amps are excluded from this promotion and shipping rates can be obtained by contacting us. US and international shipping is available, rates are available in the shopping cart. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship some brands outside of Canada.

A 2.5% insurance fee will be added to every purchase in Canada and 3% to USA. For international orders insurance fees will vary. We will not ship internationally without insurance.


Rufus Guitar Shop is pleased to offer all customers a 48 hour approval period on all instruments, amps and pedals. We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in the original condition that it was received. Warranties must NOT be registered, if a warranty is registered the product can not be returned. Shipping is non-refundable, it is the customer’s obligation to cover all shipping costs. You must contact Rufus Guitar Shop within 48 hours of receipt of an item for an RA (return authorization number). A return authorization is required prior to returning your merchandise. Any returns shipped back to Rufus Guitar Shop without an RA will not be accepted. Items returned not in like-new condition (scratched, dented, with velcro or modified in any way) will be subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee. Please pack carefully. Refunds will be issued minus all related shipping expenses, even if free shipping was initially given, plus a 5% re-stock fee. Re-stock fees are charged to cover the processing fees charged by Visa and Mastercard. Re-stock fees may be waived at our discretion for exchanges or items returned for full store credit. You may choose any shipping service you like to return the package. We strongly recommend tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance in order to protect the transaction.
